Cynthia Martinez

Cynthia Martinez is a Research Fellow at the Program on Extremism. After a career in law and legal education, she joined the field of counterterrorism as a researcher and analyst prior to the events of 9/11.  Her area of concentration has been on international terror groups, their linkages, and their financing in the U.S. and beyond.  Her focus now has broadened to include U.S. domestic extremist groups and their radical ideology.
