Alanood Ebrahim Al Khalifa

Alanood Al Khalifa is a distinguished international relations professional with a robust background in foreign affairs and strategic communication. She currently serves as the First Secretary at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the United Kingdom. Prior to this role, she was the First Secretary at Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she specialized in the Department of European Affairs and headed NATO and numerous European countries’ desks. Her exemplary work earned her the Excellence Award from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2022.

She studied International Relations at the Geneva School of Diplomacy in Switzerland and is pursuing an MSc in Strategic Communication at King’s College War Studies Department.

In 2023, she joined the advisory board for the King’s College Foreign Policy and Security Conference. She has written articles and actively participated in various diplomatic and security conferences and events. Before her tenure with the Ministry, she amassed valuable experience in the private sector as the Director of Strategic Communications at a consultancy firm in Bahrain. She has over 15 years of expertise in marketing analysis, strategic communications, and international relations.
