David Collins is a retired FBI Special Agent with over 29 years of distinguished law enforcement experience. During his tenure at the FBI, he was assigned to the Washington, D.C. Field Office where he led complex counterterrorism investigations, primarily focusing on high-profile targets within the Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood organizations.

Mr. Collins career expanded beyond terrorism investigations, taking on leadership roles in program management for counterterrorism operations across the United States, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Southeast Asia, and the United Kingdom. As a seasoned interrogator, team leader, and instructor within the High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group, he conducted operations in some of the most volatile regions of the world, including active war zones throughout the Middle East.

His final assignment was as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Jacksonville Field Office, where he oversaw all criminal programs, crisis management, and the SWAT team that encompassed 885 square miles with a population over 900,000 people in North Florida. Throughout his career, Mr. Collins consistently demonstrated unparalleled expertise in counterterrorism, crisis response, and high- stakes operational leadership.

Mr. Collins was awarded the United States Attorney General’s Award for significant complex counterterrorism investigation as well as multiple awards from foreign governments, federal and domestic law enforcement agencies for his leadership and impact on terrorism investigations throughout the world.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Criminology and Law as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
