In the backdrop of the closure of ISIS-affiliated displaced person camps, and the second attack of Mohamed Jalloh after being released from prison for ISIS-related crimes, how ISIS’s utilizes prison in propaganda is vital to understanding narratives that sustain ISIS loyalty. This report draws upon the Program on Extremism’s TITAN database to provide a quantitative analysis of ISIS propaganda.
