Dr. Leonel Caraciki is a historian and intelligence analyst specializing in the intersection of contemporary foreign affairs, influence operations, and foreign interference in politics.
His doctoral research examined the geopolitical and intellectual fallout of United Nations General Assembly Resolution 3379, specifically analyzing the organized political and intellectual responses within United States Jewish communities. He holds an M.A. and a B.A. in History from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, as well as an M.A. and Ph.D. in Israel Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Beyond his academic contributions, Dr. Caraciki has private-sector experience in Trust and Safety and private intelligence, with a focus on open-source intelligence.
